What’s Saturday Sweat Fest?! So glad you asked!
Saturday Sweat Fest is a chance to double up your workout to start the weekend off right! Hop on from 8:15-8:45am for Half-Hour HIIT and stay for Boxing/Pilates from 9:00-10:00am OR feel free to just sweat it out for just one class or the other - its your workout!
A great blend of cardio and toning using boxing moves and Pilates work. An energetic and challenging class set to top 40 remixes. Instructor uses one pound hand weights, but these are completely optional.
