You will need a set of light weights (2-4 lbs) a mat, & a chair. -
Tuesday, 3/28 @ 5:15pm EST: Half Hour HIIT
A full-body workout in a circuit style: Modifications are provided if equipment isn't available.

Tuesday, 3/28 @ 6:00pm EST: Boxing/Pliates
A great blend of cardio and toning using boxing moves and Pilates work. An energetic and challenging class set to top 40 remixes. Instructor uses one pound hand weights, but these are COMPLETELY optional.
