Loved both the birthday and step workouts this month - they're fantastic!! Last month I progressed and added in boxing workouts too - woweee they're awesome too!
I wasn't in too bad shape, I thought, when I started, but I've lost 11kg (24 pounds) since April, and body fat down to 25%, and my weight a trim 120 pounds (56kg....I'm a shorty at 5'6") yeehaaaa.... My birthday is this Friday - I'll be turning 44yrs, and I'm in my best shape ever. Thank you so much Jen and team.... (I feel like I know some of the regulars in the video's now haha!) ...
