I normally do your 60 min cardio classes and I love them!!! I would love to see some strength training ( muscle building) whatever the correct term is lol as I’m nearing 50 and so I’ve heard you have to do strength training not just cardio to lose fat (and of course diet is a part as well) I have those 2 down! Is this something you might consider adding? Happy New Year BTW 🥳
