I'm fairly new to Groove Fitness online.and really LOVE it!! I would just love to do be able to do some live strteam Pop classes in the morning. I only see Latin in the morning and Pop in the evening when I'm not available. Can I suggest perhaps one Pop in a morning class? Please???

I'm glad you are enjoying the channel. What mornings are you live streaming? Latin Dance Cardio is the overwhelming fav in the morning classes, but I can absolutely throw in a Pop class here & there. Which morning works best for you?
Hi Jen! It's so nice for you to contact me personally!! I stream your classes Mon, Wed and Fri at 9:00 am. I see you have the Pop classes at 6 pm, but that's not a good time for me. I have done all of the Pop classes you have posted from the past and love that genre of music the best but I love the variety you get from live streaming. I thought there must be others that love the Pop classes also online. Perhaps one morning a week or every other week? Thank you for being out there for those who are not preferring to workout from home!! Your brighten my day!!! Lois
