So happy to finally found you ! I've been doing the only 2 videos that I found on YouTube for the past 2 weeks. I'm a new follower. A 44 y old french Canadian woman. No one could keep me motivated besides you. BTW, I have a question. When is the best time to do cardio ? Usually I do mine between 10 and 12 in the morning. I hope that it will help me lose weight.

Working out in the morning does boost your metabolism to begin the day, but ultimately consistency is what will help you lose weight. So picking whatever time of day works best for you will make it more likely that you will continue to exercise & the weight will come off!
