I am so glad I did not let the Sunday sample glitch deter me and gave the free trial a shot. I love the variety and content including live streams, especially Pop Dance and how well they stream to ROKU. I have been moving more the last couple of days throughout the day than I have in a long time

I'm also glad you gave us a second chance & checked out Sampler Day!
Barb, have you tried the Tone and Stretch class? I think this started out after Sampler Day. I found this to be my most challenging class, but very simple to listen and follow along. I gave it a try and have been back regularly. It's as intense as you want to make it. I'm so glad Jen added Shannon's class!
I am only interested in music only classes.
