  • Toning and Stretching

    These classes are low-impact, high-reward. Using minimal or no equipment, we'll take you through challenging toning exercises and help you focus on stretches that enhance full-body health.

  • Half-Hour HIIT

    A full-body workout in a circuit style: 30 sec work, 15 sec rest for 5 rounds. Modifications are provided if equipment isn't available.

  • Step Aerobics

    An energizing high intensity workout set to popular music using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step.

  • Boxing/Pilates (Cardio with Toning)

    A great blend of cardio and toning using boxing moves and Pilates work. An energetic and challenging class set to top 40 remixes. Instructor uses one pound hand weights, but these are COMPLETELY optional.
